I've always found The Fish Man to be fun to chat with--whether I'm at the Stop 'n Shop in Mashpee or here in France. Fish men are so passionate about their culinary delights! In fact, I've been given many great recipes and cooking tips from fish men.
I particularly adored this fellow at the market in Toulouse. He was charming and funny and let me take his photo. Oh, and look at the shell fish. And the beautifully way it's displayed.
All I can say is...yum!
