French Women understand that little gestures can make a big impact on our lives.
For example, French Women tell us how we can channel our femininity by the lady-like gesture of holding our handbag in the crook of our arm. Just so.
Try doing this the next time you're out and about time. Hold your handbag as if it was a basket. You'll find it changes your posture and your sense of movement and grace. Trés elegant!
It's such a simple gesture, and yet it has such a big impact on your sense of confidence and well-being.
